How much does it cost for a die?

What knife height should I use?

Since material thickness and density changes, different knife heights and point sizes are called for. We are glad to assist you in choosing knife heights and thickness.

Can you assist me with a prototype and/or samples?

Yes. Our team of qualified personnel can take your ideas from paper to production. We can help you with the design and layout as well as cut samples on our Gerber Profile before going ahead with the die making. This will save you a lot of time and money.
