Water Jet Cutting
A water jet cutter is an industrial tool capable of cutting a wide variety of materials using a very high-pressure jet of water or a mixture of water and an abrasive substance. We can cut any type of material up to 5" thick.

This is a three-dimensional router that we can route aluminum, wood, and plastic.
GERBER FT2400 LASER
Laser Cutting – The laser used to cut all steel rule die boards within a tolerance of .003. We can cut up to 1” thick die board.
The Laser is a 2400 watt that has a bed size of 5’ x 10’ with the use of dove tails we can make unlimited steel rule cutting dies.
EPILOG LASER FUSION ENGRAVER
We are able to laser engrave on various items, including glass, glassware, metal, wood, granite, stone, etc.
Engraving is available for wedding gifts, nameplates, anniversaries, pet ID tags, memorials, awards, etc.
Benders
We have four benders:
One for .937 High Knife
One for 1 1/4 High Knife
One for 1 1/2 High Knife
One for 2" – 6 pt. Knife
Gerber Router and Prototype
Gerber router with an automatic tool changer (ATC) that holds ten tools that l will, route, draw, drill, plane and bevel. This machine will make Prototype that will be used to check out the diagram before production is complete. Prototypes are produced out of chipboard.
